brilliant pretty phone October 8, 2009 teekay (London, UK) 76 out of 77 found this review helpful
Just bought this about a week ago. The phone is sleek and beautiful. Very easy to use and personalise. It has more than enough features that I need for my daily use (texting and talking). The FM works okay if you attach the aerial - the hands-free earpiece. I love the clam-shell design, with the top window big enough to show details of a call and messaging. It is slim and light and fits into my top pocket easily. It has an aggressive power-saving feature which you can customise.
Amazingly versatile for the price November 21, 2009 Bluebell (UK) 25 out of 25 found this review helpful
I wanted a very small, light-weight but easy to use phone to carry in a pocket or rucksack when I go hill-walking and this little phone does the job perfectly. The clam-shell design means that I don't inadvertently make a call when the phone knocks about as I walk. The keys are big enough for cold fingers to be able to operate. The display is clear and you can opt for a larger typeface to to improve clarity.
The camera is not bad at all for capturing the odd photo. At first I couldn't transfer my photos to my Mac computers operating OS10 as the down-loadable software from the manufacturer is only PC compatible. I did manage in the end by using the Bluetooth connection. Setting up the Bluetooth handshake was easy. The FM radio is competent. I don't use it much as an MP3 player but it seems to work OK. I think you'd need to expand the memory if you want to store more than a few photos or lots of MP3 downloads.
Astonishing value for money.
Perfect phone for simple use. December 19, 2009 S. Cripps (London) 17 out of 17 found this review helpful
I purchased one of these phones for my mother in-law, and liked it so much I got a second one for my mother. The main reason for purchasing this phone was the fact that it has a large clear keyboard, and big well spaced keys. This means that for someone who may be a little short sighted or not used to a mobile keypad it makes life much easier. It is also possible in the settings of the phone to increase the font size and text colour, which makes all the menus much more legible.
The flip design is also very useful for someone who plans to carry the phone around in a handbag, as when the flip is closed none of the buttons can be pressed making accidental dialling impossible. The phone itself is very slim and lightweight, and feels a lot better built than its price suggests.
For the money it is also very well featured, with expandable memory, bluetooth, web access email, mp3 playback etc. I don't think either my mother or mother in-law will use any of these features but it is nice to know they are there.
My mother has already managed to send me several picture text messages of the cat asleep. The built in camera takes perfectly acceptable pictures although it does struggle a little with low light shots as it has no light or flash.
I can find no fault with this phone, especially at the price, and would recommend it to anyone.

working man's phone April 6, 2010 J. Simpson (UK) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If , like me you do a lot of manual work , building sites ,trades person ,,etc. This phone is great , no frills ,just easy ,clear to use buttons , easy to use phone options , camera ,video, radio etc ,this does all your basic needs for a very affordable phone. I have scratched loads of mobiles , but with the flip top feature , it protects your phone from blokes like me who keep forgetting they have a phone in there pocket whilst at work . as I say compact but with clear easy to type buttons for us cobbler thumb users....cannot fault this product ....
